Vodacom Dome in Midrand to host star-studded Hollywoodbets Women’s Super League Awards

With the 2025 Hollywoodbets Women's Super League season wrapped, Midrand will host top players and coaches for a night of accolades and celebration at Vodacom Dome.

The spotlight will shine brightly on women’s football when the 2025 Hollywoodbets Super League (HWBSL) Awards take centre stage at the Vodacom Dome in Midrand on February 1, with the official list of nominees now unveiled ahead of the highly anticipated ceremony.

The awards follow another commanding season from Mamelodi Sundowns ladies, who once again stamped their authority on the league by securing their fifth HWBSL title. The champions dominated throughout the campaign, reinforcing their status as the benchmark of women’s football in South Africa.

The race for second place was fiercely contested, with JVW FC finishing runners-up on 69 points, level with TS Galaxy Queens. Queens narrowly missed out after being edged on goal difference, highlighting just how competitive the 2025 season proved to be.

With top players, coaches, and officials set to be honoured, the awards ceremony promises to celebrate not only individual excellence but also the continued growth and rising profile of women’s football, as Midrand prepares to host one of the league’s most glamorous nights of the year.
