African Bank partners with Khosi Nkosi to showcase African designs in Milan and Paris Fashion Week

These insights were shared by Khosi Nkosi fashion house partners, Nobukhosi and Thabo Mukwevho during the media preview of the fashion house and African Bank’s Fashionable Banking Range in Midrand.

The bank has collaborated with Khosi Nkosi to launch the Legacy Collection at Milan Fashion Week and the Frontline Collection at Paris Fashion Week in March.

This partnership not only influences fashion but also aligns with the bank’s commitment to supporting small businesses and driving economic transformation. By investing in local designers, African Bank elevates African talent on the global stage.

A key part of this initiative is the rapid growth of Khosi Nkosi, which has expanded its team from four to 40 members in less than a year, making a significant impact on the fashion industry. The collections feature knitwear and custom palettes inspired by African Bank’s logo, blending brand identity with style.

Sbusiso Kumalo, African Bank’s Group chief marketing officer, highlighted the role of fashion in shaping confidence and perception, stating, “Our appearance influences how we are judged before we even speak. Our embrace of African prints and designs is a powerful statement of self-celebration and pride.”
