Midrand Toastmasters Club marks 30 years of empowering voices
An international, non-profit, educational organisation which teaches public speaking and leadership skills, the Midrand Toastmasters Club celebrated three decades of hard work and dedication.
The Midrand Toastmasters Club celebrated a major milestone on April 8, as it marked its 30th anniversary with a vibrant and inspiring evening attended by guests, new members, alumni, and Toastmasters dignitaries.
The ceremony was held at Midrand High School, and was a testament to the club’s resilient impact on personal and professional development through public speaking and leadership training.
One of the most memorable moments came from Jenny Shiers, a founding member of the club, who shared memories about the club, from their starting point, to its current stature.
