Midrand resident starts 2026 with a lucky win at Emperors Palace
From cash and FreePlay to brand-new cars, Emperors Palace continues to reward Winners Circle cardholders this summer.
Midrand resident Azwindini Mahwatha kicked off 2026 on a winning note after walking away with R5 000 in FreePlay at Emperors Palace’s latest Summer at the Palace promotion draw on January 3.
The same giveaway also delivered a major prize, with a Winners Circle cardholder, who chose to remain anonymous, driving off in the second of three VW Polo Vivos up for grabs as part of the resort and casino’s summer campaign.

With one VW Polo Vivo still to be won, Silver, Gold, and Sapphire Winners Circle cardholders have another chance at the final vehicle draw on February 7. To qualify, players simply need to use their Winners Circle card while playing slots and/or tables, earn the required points, enter the promotion, and be present at the draw.
The excitement does not end there. Participants can also look forward to multiple opportunities to win cash, FreePlay, and prizes through weekly game shows, mystery jackpots, and tournaments.
