19.05.2026) NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DEMOLISH EXISTING STRUCTURES Notice is hereby given that Sibanye Stillwater Ltd intend to apply for permission from the Province Heritage Resources Authority – Gauteng to demolish the extant remains of existing structures on the Farms Uitvatfontein 244 IQ and Luipaardsvlei 246 IQ, Randfontein and Mogale City Local Municipalities, West Rand District Municipality, Gauteng Province. The structures in question are older than sixty (60) years old and are generally protected under section 34 of the National Heritage Resources Act No. 25 of 1999. In accordance with said Act`s requirements, Sibanye Stillwater Ltd hereby announce their intention to demolish what remains of these structures located at midpoints:
