Pursuant to the judgement given by the above- mentioned Honourable court on the 17th March 2025 and the writ of execution on immovable property issued, in terms thereof and the subsequent attachment of the aforementioned property, the undermentioned property will be sold in execution on Thursday 20th August 2026, time: 10h00, at 5 ANEMOON STREET, GLEN MARAIS EXTENSION 1, KEMPTON PARK, to the highest bidder offered at 4708 Piggy street, Kaalfontein Extension 16 Midrand, Gauteng Province.
Description of Property: ERF 4708 KAALFONTEIN EXTENSION 16 (TOWNSHIP), HELD UNDER DIAGRAM DEED NUMBER T19348/2002, UNDER TITLE DEED NUMBER T32940/2016, WITH EXTENT OF 321 SQUARE METERS, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, HLED UNDER SG DIAGRAM 9478/199.
TERMS:
1.A purchase price shall be payable as follows:
1.1 A deposit of 10% (TEN PERCENT) of the purchase price shall be paid immediately in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque a the date of sale.
1.2 The balance of purchase price shall be paid by way of an acceptable bank guarantee within twenty-one (21) days from the date of sale.
2.CONDITIONS:
The conditions of sale will be red out prior to the commencement of sale, which conditions will be made available for inspection thereof at the offices of Sheriff High Court: Kempton Park and Tembisa, 5 ANEMOON STREET, GLEN MARAIS EXTENSION 1, KEMPTON PARK, GAUTENG PROVINCE.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that: Rules of this auction is available 24 hours foregoing the sale at the offices of the Sheriff, Kempton Park and Tembisa, Glen Marais, Kempton Park, Gauteng Province.
Registration as a buyer is a prerequisite, and subject to certain conditions,inter alia, the directives of Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008 (which rules are available at (https://www.gov.za/documents/consumer-protection-act) and Financial Intelligence Centre Act, Act 38 of 2001, in respect of proof of identity and proof of address (not older than three months). if purchasing for close corporation or company, the purchase shall produce the required resolution or power of attorney to bid.
