Parents must find engaging ways to keep their children occupied during school holidays.
For the past two weeks I have noticed that children just seem to loiter around Carlswald aimlessly. This cannot be good as they move around in large groups and just cross the road without care. School holidays are about fun, but parents must regulate that fun. A child can not spend the school holidays roving around a shopping centre. They get up to a lot with friends during the day and parents have no idea about all this. I see this because I run a business from home and whenever I drive out there are children roaming the streets. Surely they can be better occupied.
