Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools excited to announce its Midrand branch development

PMSS has identified Midrand as a key location for soccer development.

Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools (PMSS) is the official youth development soccer programme of world-renowned coach and African football icon Pitso Mosimane.

The PMSS vision is to ‘Create the Player of Tomorrow’, by providing a youth soccer development programme that will technically, intellectually, and socially equip players to succeed in the competitive world of professional football.

The PMSS programme is administered by coaches, who have all undergone an induction programme that ensures they meet the very high standards required.

Every coach has a minimum of a Safa D-license, First Aid Level 1, police clearance and Women and Men Against Child Abuse (WMACA) certification.

An integral part of the PMSS induction is the introduction to the Pitso Mosimane Philosophy where the coaches are presented with the PMSS curriculum and its principles.

“We are excited to bring the PMSS philosophy to the Midrand community. Giving children the opportunity to develop their skills as soccer players and to have fun in a safe and professional environment,” said Mosimane.

“We aim to ‘Create the Player of Tomorrow’, and to see our children one day represent Banyana Banyana and Bafana Bafana.”

PMSS has identified Midrand as a key location for soccer development. It has affiliated its programme with the local football association, which will see the organisation play regular league fixtures against neighbouring clubs.

They offer three weekly training sessions for boys and girls, aged six–15 years old. Pre-season training will kick off on February 3rd at the Nova Pioneer Midrand sports ground from 15:30 –17:00 on weekdays and Saturdays between 09:00 and 12:00.
