#Sopa 2019 in pictures: Mpumalanga premier calls for support of local designers
Speaking during the State of the Province Address at the Mpumalanga Legislature this morning, Mtshweni-Tsipane highlighted that most members of the legislature were proudly dressed by local designers.
The premier of the province, Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane has urged citizens to support local designers.
“Most of the ladies are dressed by Jessica, while MEC Pat Ngomane is dressed by a designer from Ngodini,” she said.
Mpumalanga News learnt that stunning Miss Mpumalanga 2019, Kebalepile Ramafoko, and the gorgeous Mrs Africa Globe, Lucia Ochan were among those dressed by NQ Boutique.
