Suspects arrested for killing Nigerian man

The suspects will appear at Kabokweni Magistrate court soon.

Yesterday Kabokweni police arrested two man aged 23 and 24 years in connection with murder.

This comes after police received a tip off from the community about the murder of a Nigerian man who was shot dead behind Kabokweni complex near the stadium on September 20.

According to Capt Shirley Nsimba spokesperson for the local police the suspects revealed that they sold the firearm to a 28 year old after police interrogation.

“He was also arrested yesterday for possession of an unlicensed firearm,” she said.

All three suspects will appear at Kabokweni Magistrate court soon.
