Kidnapped boy still not found

Today marks the fourth day since unknown men kidnapped 13-year-old Kathlego Marite from Witbank.

The kidnappers have allegedly made demands to be paid a ransom in Bitcoin by the family. It is alleged that the parents of the boy found a lunch box near the family’s gate on Tuesday and when they opened it they found a note stating that they need to pay for the release of their son.

The boy was kidnapped while playing with two friends in Frangipani Street, Tasbetpark Extension 3, on May 20 at about 15:30.
