Unattended woman dies in hospital

The relatives of Ms Delsie Nkosi are still reeling in shock after they were forced to stand by helplessly and watch their loved one take her last breath and pass on.

PHOLA TRUST – A 32-year-old woman lost her life after spending 11 hours unattended in casualty at Themba Hospital on Tuesday last week.

The relatives of Ms Delsie Nkosi are still reeling in shock after they were forced to stand by helplessly and watch their loved one take her last breath and pass on.

This was after she had been brutally assaulted by her husband. According to the father of the deceased, Mr Moses Nkosi, she went to Phola-Nsikazi Clinic at Mshadza and was immediately referred to the hospital for an X-ray, when they discovered that she was bleeding internally.
