
Reading is good to exercise your mind, but it is also important to take some few minutes just to give your mind a break or to refresh.

* Just take 10 minutes, go outside and get fresh air.
* Drink lot of water.
* Taking a nap can also help you because your body also relaxes.
* Play nice music that speaks to your inner person and remember not so loud.
* Do progressive muscle relaxation for some few seconds and don’t forget to take a deep breath while you are doing it, I’m telling you, you are going to feel different.
* Meditate, you can do it whether sitting, kneeling or in any position that you are comfortable with.
