Fatalities claims seven lives
Six people lost their lives in a deathly crash involving a bus from Mozambique and a Light Duty Vehicle (LDV).

The incident happened on Monday evening at about 20:30 on the N4 road near Belfast.
The LDV is reportedly to have been travelling from the Mbombela direction to Middelburg.
The LDV driver allegedly lost control due to heavy rainfall and veered towards the oncoming traffic lane before he collided with the bus.
All the six who died, were occupants from the LDV. The driver of the bus, which was carrying 40-passengers, sustained serious injuries while two passengers on-board the bus sustained slight injuries.

Meanwhile, the traffic officer, who was killed last Friday on the R37 road between Mashishing and Burgersfort, will be buried this coming Sunday in Limpopo.
Nchimi Mnisi was allegedly knocked down by a highly speeding VW Polo sedan. This was after he tried to stop the VW Polo sedan, which was following a rigid truck that had not stopped at the instruction of the officer.
The driver of the VW Polo sedan was a 37-year old woman who sustained minor injuries during the accident. A case of culpable homicide was opened against the woman at the Mashishing Police Station.
MEC for community safety, security and liaison, Mr Pat Ngomane has condemned the on-going negligence and recklessness displayed by some of the drivers on the road.
