Opening of newly-paved roads will be celebrated in style

MBOMBELA – Guma and Gijima companies will be opening newly-paved roads worth R20 million on August 9 in Kanyamazane. This is the way businessman, Mr Robert Gumede will be celebrating his birthday and Women’s Day celebration.
A freedom walk against forced removals that took place 45 years ago will kick-off the event at the Gugulethu Centre in Zone 1 at 11.00 followed by the opening of roads at 11.30 at Zone 2. The celebration will be hosted at Kanyamazane Stadium while hip-hop artist Cassper Nyovest will share a stage with Mafikizolo, cotton eater Ricky Rik, Nasty C, Sands and Babes Wodumo among other artists for the local entertainment.
