Ehlanzeni District recognizes dedicated workers
Mayor encourages municipal workers to continue to shine through hard work.
MBOMBELA – Ehlanzeni District Municipality held its third Annual Performance Recognition Awards today at the disaster center.
The aim of the awards is to appreciate the hard work and dedication of employees who go extra miles to ensure that the municipality fulfills its mandate.
Speaking at the award ceremony, the executive mayor of the district, Cllr Jester Sidel said the effort of the staff doesn’t go unnoticed.

“Today we are celebrating the good work of our workers who work hard in various departments within the municipality. Some of them put aside their needs and put people first,” said Sidel.
She added that without their effort, the municipality wouldn’t be able to maintain its good record of obtaining a clean audit.
