President Zuma appoints members to the SABC Board
Bongumusa Makhathini is designated as Chairperson and Febe Potgieter-Gqubule as Deputy Chairperson of the board.
President Jacob Zuma has in terms of the South African Broadcasting Act (Act no. 4 of 1999), and on the recommendation of the National Assembly, appointed members to the Board of the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).
The following persons have been appointed for a period of five years, with immediate effect:
