Mabuza files papers in court

David Mabuza filed extensive opposing papers in the Carolina Magistrates Court on the matter opposing the interim protection order by local businessman Frederick Daniels.

Mpumalanga Premier David Mabuza’s legal team has filed extensive opposing papers in the Carolina Magistrates Court on the matter opposing the interim protection order by local businessman Frederick Daniels against the Premier.

“Premier Mabuza is confident that justice will be served well, on the allegations of harassment and intimidation by Daniels,” the Premier’s office said in a statement.

The papers were filed on Monday.

The Court has reserved the judgment which will be delivered by Magistrate Sarel Grabe on 9 April 2018. The counsel for the applicant, Advocate Jacques Joubert, indicated that it was his first available date.
