Ronald Lamola appointed as SA Express board member
The youngest African National Congress National Executive Committee (NEC) member and lawyer, Ronald Lamola from Bushbuckridge who recently obtained his second law degree from the University of Pretoria was appointed to the South African Express board.
Public Enterprises minister, Pravin Gordhan announced the appointment of a new SA Express board today to further strengthen the capacity at the airline by appointing an Intervention Team to support the Executive Team.
Gordhan stated that the members of the new board combine a range of skills including auditing and aviation skills.
Other board members include‚ Thulani Kgomo‚ Thandiwe January-Mclean‚ Kugan Thaver‚ Bongisizwe Mpondo‚ Hlengiwe Makhathini‚ Thabi Leoka and Ahmed Bassa.
