Govan Mbeki Municipality pays Rand Water
Rand Water will now re-instate 20 per cent of the Municipality’s water pressure.
The Govan Mbeki Local Municipality has today made a payment toward the outstanding amount due to Rand Water for water services rendered.

It must be noted that this latest arrangement does not absolve the Municipality from their financial obligations due to Rand Water on 31 January 2019, its failure to do so will result in Rand Water invoking the appropriate contractual obligations.
The Municipality includes areas such as Bethal, Embalenhle, Leandra and Kinross.
