MEC Shabalala to attend funeral of R544 crash victims
The Community Safety, Security and Liaison MEC, Ms Gabisile Shabalala will attend the funeral service of the five victims who lost their lives in a crash on the R544 between Emalahleni and Verena last Friday.
The collision happened between two sedans and claimed six lives.
In one of the sedans, five people from one family died and the sixth was a passenger in the other sedan.

The MEC visited the family last week Sunday and will also attend the funeral service that will take place o this morning at God Is Able Church in Tweefontein at the Thembisile Hani Municipality.
The names of the five deceased family members are as follows:
Orris Ndhlovu (33), Elsie Masombuka (28), Minienhle Ndhlovu (8), Ntombikayise Ndhlovu (6), Lucia Masombuka (11).
