Suspects to spend festive season in custody

Patrick Kananga Mukandila (34) was denied bail by Emalahleni Magistrate’s Court yesterday.

He was appeared for possession of illegal skimming device.

The suspect will remain in custody and the case is postponed to 17 January 2020 for further investigation.
In Standerton, Johannes Maswanganye and Justice Mbombi were also remanded in custody by the Standerton Magistratr’s Court for illegal possession of elephant tusks.

The court is still looking for an interpreter as the two are foreign nationals.

Immediately the interpreter is found the new court date will be announced . The duo remains in custody.
