Deep cleansing activities in public places and facilities
In total, seven sedans, 11 bakkies, one truck, one tractor, two minibusses and one ambulance were deep cleansed.
Gert Sibande District Municipality conducted deep cleansing at the Correctional Service centre in Bethal on the 1st April 2020.
It was targeting fleet used in connection with transporting parolees.

In total, 7 sedans, 11 bakkies, 1 truck, 1 tractor, 2 minibuses, 1 ambulance were deep cleansed. 10X500ml hand sanitisers were also issued to the centre.
The deep cleansing activities will be rolled out to all identified public facilities in an effort to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic in the District.
