Join the Neon Night Run for Cansa
In October, various Pink Drive campaigns raise awareness for cancers affecting women across the country.
Join the Neon Night Run hosted by Elreza Welgemoed, Patricia Silva de Franca and their friends. It will take place on Friday October 15 from 18:00 to 21:00 at High School Lydenburg. Registrations will take place from 16:00. Tickets are R150 for adults and R75 for children.
The tickets include neon wristbands, water, a cancer ribbon and a black or neon buff. Dress up in neon colours, shades of pink, funny outfits or costumes. This is a fun and visible way to raise awareness on women’s health. This race is ideal for team building. It also has a mini obstacle course and there are various stalls available with food and refreshments. Tickets are available at Bebels Coffee Express on the corner of Church and De Beer streets in Lydenburg.
The organisers will also be at the Women’s Day of Hope Race at the Gustav Klingbiel Reserve on Saturday October 9. Everyone is welcome to register there in advance for the Neon Night Run. For more information, phone Patricia on 076 652 8845 or Elreza on 083 411 9428.
