TS Galaxy climb up the ladder
Galaxy moved up to 14th on the log, three points clear of the relegation play-off spot.
TS Galaxy boosted their chances of staying in the country’s elite league, following their hard-fought 1-0 victory against Sekhukhune United this Saturday.
This win against Sekhukhune United has taken the Rockets to the 14th place on the DStv Premiership table with 22 points.
They are above Swallows FC, who are sited on position 15 with 20 points, and Baroka FC, who are trailing on the bottom of the log with 18 points.

The weekend goal by Orebotse Mongae was enough to seal the deal for the Rockets as they keep on fighting to secure themselves a space in the top flight. They will have this whole week to rest and strategise their next move, since they have a tricky date against Maritzburg United this Saturday at Mbombela Stadium.
Maritzburg United, who are coming from a defeat at the hands of AmaZulu FC, are also in a tight position and are in desperate need of points. United are currently sited on position 13 with 23 points.

“We are taking each game as it comes. We are aware that we have to fight until the bitter end and we need to give it our level best if we are to survive. We have tough assignments ahead of us before the season closes, but just like I said earlier, we are going to plan and take each game as it comes,” said Galaxy’s spokesman, Mini Mkhize. Galaxy still have to play Orlando Pirates, Cape Town City, Gallants FC and Chippa United.
