Nkomazi to come alive with great laughter

A comedy show will be hosted at Mlumati TVET College, featuring some of Mpumalanga's funniest comedians.

They say laughter is the best medicine, and this subregion will get not one or two, but eight doses of great comedians.

Recommended by Anointed Sbu Events, the organiser, Anoint Sbu, said heavyweight comedians are headed to Mlumati TVET College (KaMhlushwa) on Saturday December 10.

Starring Gogo, Salad, Gap (Ngane Ngane), Slwane, Christian Maz, Bongoswa, Dareen and M Nation, these comedians will surely leave Nkomazi and its comedy fans in stitches with their craft.

“December is a month when we all need to relax and be jolly. There is no better way to relax and forget all the troubles and sorrows of the past 11 months, than laughter in the form of a comedy session,” said Sbu.

Even though the show is held in this area, it is actually a provincial gig, and the organisers would love the support of comedy fans from all corners of Mpumalanga and the Kingdom of eSwatini.

He said that while some prefer music shows and soccer, this comedy session is to accommodate the others who prefer laughing as a stress relief remedy.

“We haven’t had a comedy session, especially within Nkomazi, in such a long time, and we felt this was the right time to host one. This is our response, since comedy fans have been calling for such a show. No that it is here, please let us fill the venue and be healed by some fine comedy.”

The entry fee is R200 per person.
