NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CHIEF ALBERT LUTHULI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL (05/2023)
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 19(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) read with Section 29 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998 that the Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality will hold its special council meeting as follows:
DATE : 23 MAY 2023 (TUESDAY)

VENUE : PJ26 VRIESLAND FARM, MANTJOLO TRIBAL OFFICE, EMANZANA
The meeting is open for the public, however, only a limited number of seats are available. Furthermore, the following reports will be taken into consideration during the special council meeting:
- Finance: Final Medium-Term Revenue & Expenditure Framework for the period 2023/24; 2024/25; 2025/26 (Final Annual Budget)
- Final Intergraded Development Plan (IDP) for 2023/24 financial year.
- Final Budget Related Policies and Tariffs for the 2023/24 financial year.
