Newscom Grade Sevens bid farewell to primary school

The learners of Bongalambo Primary School were honoured as they bade farewell to their primary school years, just ahead of their November exams and high school life next year.

The Grade Seven learners of Bongamlambo Primary School in Newscom bade farewell to their primary school years at a party at the Ebukhosini Lodge in Nkomazi on October 20.

The learners were also honoured with a prize-giving for their academic achievements just before their final exams in November.

“As we are about to pursue our last exams, we took it upon ourselves as the educators at the school to celebrate our learners for their academics, sports, extracurricular and overall performances throughout the year, and to bid them farewell as they prepare for secondary school. The aim was to encourage them as they embark on their future endeavours,” said a teacher, Simangele Nkosi.

Nkosi said the learners enjoyed every moment of the outing and had loads of fun.
