Big Brother Mzansi season 4 boasts two Mpumalangans

These two contestants are set to move and shake the reality TV show's house, competing against the 21 other contestants for the R2m prize.

Two locals, Neo Sibiya and Mishack Mazibuko, affectionately known as ‘Mich’, are ready to rock the Big Brother Mzansi house for the show’s fourth season.

They have their eyes on the cash prize of R2m, after surviving 70 days in the house as part of the 23 housemates.

This highly anticipated annual reality show premiered on January 21.

This season offers a twist. Three of the housemates are ‘disruptors’, including Sibiya. She is a 21-year-old content creator and fitness coach from KaNyamazane. In her Big Brother Mzansi profile, she said she is a girl that does not kiss and tell. She said she is kind and very territorial. “What’s mine is mine, and in this economy, everyone wants to share. I don’t want to be a part of that sharing, so please mark me absent.”

Sibiya said she is a disruptor because she’ll bring the vibes, the disruption, the style and the glitz and glam. “Listen: everything that is positive and elegant – boss lady! That’s exactly what I’m bringing.”

Mazibuko is another content creator and student, a 23-year-old from Mbombela. On his profile he said his idea of the show’s theme ‘S’ya Mosha’ (a vernacular expression meaning to have a good time) means just vibes.

“S’ya Mosha to me means asambe. Sifikile. Singenile. The people, the vibe, the youth, it’s our time. It is my time, personally. Everything must be moshed [disrupted].”
