Dr Procter murder accused back in Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court

All eyes are on the Nelspruit Magistrate's Court as the three men accused of murdering Dr Nicholas Procter are due back in the dock today.

The three men accused of murdering Mbombela anaesthetist Dr Nicholas Procter on January 31 are due back in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court today, August 29.

Bheki Ndlovu (38), Nkateko Tshidzumba (24) and Siyabonga Kekana (20) last appeared on July 15. They face charges of murder, kidnapping, robbery with aggravated circumstances, theft and attempted theft.

The beloved doctor was reported missing when he failed to show up for work at Mediclinic Nelspruit on February 1.

His car was found later that day before his lifeless body was discovered in a vacation rental unit in the Mopani block of Green Valley Estate on Thursday afternoon, February 1. His hands and feet were tied.
