Matsulu pastor launches book to provide wisdom
The author's spiritual journey began when he received Jesus Christ at the age of 24.
A pastor and community leader from this area recently published his debut book, The Thirty Sayings to Wisdom.Dumisani Maseko said the book delves into the practical application of Bible proverbs and the general principles of life, offering guidance to navigating modern-day challenges.
“The book offers valuable insights and practical advice on how to apply ancient wisdom to contemporary issues. The 30 sayings in the book are designed to assist you in conducting yourself in a manner that is pleasing to the Lord and respectful towards the elderly leader whom you serve,” he said.
He added that his book is testament to his dedication to sharing God’s word and inspiring others to live a life of wisdom and purpose.

Maseko’s spiritual journey began when he received Christ Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior at the age of 24.
He subsequently pursued theology and studied at the Emmanuel International Bible School in South Africa. After graduating, he served in various roles, including as a junior pastor at the Ekuphileni Missionary Centre and as a committee member of the Matsulu Ministers Fellowship.

Currently, Maseko is a pastor at the New Zion Apostolic Church in Jerusalem, Greengrass Matsulu branch, and has co-founded the African Women’s Empowerment non-profit organisation.
Maseko said: “My passion for empowering others is evident in my work and writing. This debut book marks an exciting milestone in my writing journey and readers can look forward to more inspiring works from me in the future.”
