Help SAPS reunite Bushbuckridge man with his family

Tumelo Malope (35) has been missing since February 6. He had told a friend he was on his way to the Kingdom of eSwatini to conduct some business.

The police are appealing to the Bushbuckridge community for assistance in locating Tumelo Malope (35), who has been missing since February 6.

According to a police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Jabu Ndubane, Malope told his friend he was going on a business trip to the Kingdom of eSwatini at about 15:00 on February 6, but did not mention with whom he was travelling.

“It is further alleged Malope called the friend on the same day at about 18:00, but due to poor network, the communication between them was somewhat disrupted, and that was the last time she heard from him,” Ndubane said.

His family reported him missing on February 16 and a missing person’s file was opened. Ndubane said it is not known what Malope had been wearing at the time of his disappearance.
