Carolina police seek family of man found in river
The SAPS is looking for the family of an unknown man who was found deceased recently.
The Carolina SAPS is appealing to the public for assistance in locating the family of an unknown man found deceased on July 16.
According to police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Jabu Ndubane, the body was discovered floating in a river and was in an advanced state of decomposition. “He was wearing blue jeans with a brown belt and a navy or black shirt with a white T-shirt underneath,” said Ndubane.

The police are urging anyone with information that could help identify the deceased or locate his family to contact Detective Captain David Khoza on 082 318 9570, the Crime Stop number on 08600 10111, or submit information via the MySAPS app. All information will be treated confidentially, and callers may remain anonymous.
