NOTICE TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS FETAKGOMO TUBATSE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY. NOTICE TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS INVITATION TO REGISTER ON THE MUNICIPAL SUPPLIER / SERVICE PROVIDER DATABASE FOR THE PROVISION OF BANKING AND LONG-TERM FINANCING SERVICES. Notice is hereby given that the Fetakgomo-Tubatse Local Municipality (`the Municipality`) invites registered and interested financial institutions to enlist on the Municipality`s supplier / service provider database for the provision of banking and long-term financing (borrowing) services. Registration is undertaken in accordance with the Municipality`s Supply Chain Management (SCM) Policy and the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), read with the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations. To be considered for enlistment on the database, a financial institution must complete the Municipality`s registration form and submit the following supporting documents: Completed MBD forms: a completed and duly signed set of the Municipal Bidding Document (MBD) forms, as issued by the Municipality. CSD registration: proof of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), reflecting a valid and current CSD registration (supplier) number. Financial Institution Registration documents: CK documentation Delegated / authorised representation: written proof of the delegated or authorised representation of the financial institution, being a resolution, power of attorney or letter of authority authorising the named representative to register, act and sign on behalf of the institution. Rates and taxes for local offices and local premises: Address of local operation business, facilities and rates and taxes. The documents referred to in paragraph 2 must be submitted together, and any registration that is incomplete or unsigned may not be processed. The Municipality reserves the right to request such further supporting documentation as may be specified in the registration pack. Completed registration documents must be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Unit of the Municipality at 1 Kastania Street, Burgersfort, 1150 (or e-mailed to kfntobeng@ftlm.gov.za and jlmamabolo@ftlm.gov.za ), clearly marked `Registration on the Supplier Database – Banking and Financing Services`. The supplier database established pursuant to this notice will be valid until 30 June 2027. The Municipality may, at its discretion, extend or renew the database in accordance with its SCM Policy.
