NOTICE OF A WATER USE LICENCE APPLICATION – AMENDED APPLICANT
(In terms of Section 41(4) of the National Water Act, 1998, Act No. 36 of 1998)
Reference is made to the notice published in the Lowvelder on 18 September 2025 by Pinzari Limited regarding the Water Use Licence Application (Ref: WU45544) to convert an existing domestic water use right to irrigation on Portion 5 of the Farm De Rust 12-JU. Notice is hereby given that Pinzari Limited has subsequently sold Portion 5 of the Farm De Rust 12-JU to Black and White Trucks (Pty) Ltd (Title Deed T13625/2025).
As a consequence of the sale:
•Pinzari Limited is surrendering 477 000 m/a of its existing lawful entitlement under WUL Ref: 05/X31K/ACFI/4720 to Black and White Trucks (Pty) Ltd, for irrigation use on Portion 5; and
•the remaining authorised volume is retained by Pinzari Limited for domestic supply on Portion 7 of the Farm De Rust 12-JU.
The overall water use applied for remains unchanged. Only the applicant for Portion 5 has changed.

•S25: Transfer of Water
•S21(a): Abstraction of Water for Irrigation (conversion of an existing domestic right to irrigation on Portion 5)
Location: Portion 5 of the Farm De Rust 12-JU, Hazyview, Ehlanzeni District, Mbombela Local Municipality, Mpumalanga Province.
