The washing of hands after each and every activity is sometimes taken for granted by most people, but it is the most crucial action that we should carry out to prevent the spread of diseases and to save lives.

It is imperative to preventing the spread of germs as they are everywhere. We need to wash our hands using soap to ensure they are clean and germ-free.

On October 15 the world comes together to celebrate Global Handwashing Day.

This year the advocacy day is celebrated under the theme “Make Handwashing a Habit”, which aims to encourage people all over the world to wash their hands all
the time.

To prevent the spread of germs and diseases, we must wash our hands with soap at key times, such as after using the toilet and before touching food.
