#FlashBackFriday: what an exciting week

Here is what happened during the week:

It is that time again, Flash Back Friday! This week was not any different as social media users set the social media scene abuzz about matters of this world.

1.The Proteas made the nation proud when they cruised to a seven-wicket victory with 18 overs to spare to take a winning 3-0 lead over Sri Lanka in their ODI series.
The whooping team is ranked number 1 in the ODI games after winning for the tenth consecutive time, shine Proteas shine!

2. Eskom had the nation talking after it released a redacted version of the long-withheld Denton Report. Eskom chairperson, Dr Ben Ngubane said only a ‘cleansed’ version of the Denton Report will be made public. One could only wonder what the ‘unclean’ version entails.

3. The people’s assembly kicked off on twitter when President Jacob Zuma addressed the crowds in Cape Town about the ANC economic policies. The policies are said to benefit black people, in what way? He wrapped up his speech with a song and his signature dance!

4. Populism was at the core of President Jacob Zuma’s tenth State of The Nation Address. It was mayhem in parliament last night when EFF members were wrestled to ground and ejected from parliament. EFF will always be at President Zuma’s throat, it is signed in heaven!

5. Social media users were thrilled after rapper AKA also known as the Supermega, announced on twitter that he will be embarking on a birthday tour starting from February 11. ICON Soweto get ready!
