Ingredients 

  • 60 ml gin
  • 120 ml coconut water
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Tonic water
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice into the glass and add a few fresh mint leaves. Gently muddle them to release their aroma.
