SANBS urgently needs blood

The South African National Blood Service (SANBS) urgently needs blood.

Ms Dot Prinsloo, donor relations practitioner at the blood service in Secunda, urges the community to support the blood service and donate blood.

Nearly 4 000 lives are affected nationally if the blood service does not receive enough blood.

Ms Prinsloo said: “We need the selfless act of blood donation from donors in order to save lives. Right now many lives are at risk all over the country because we cannot meet the demand. Please donate blood and save a life today.”
