Two dead, one injured in horror head-on collision on N14
It is believed the driver of the Hyundai tried to overtake a truck and collided head-on with the Toyota.
Two people have died and another was seriously injured when two vehicles collided head-on on the N14 behind Krugersdorp Nature Reserve.
The collision between a Hyundai and a Toyota Fortuner occured on Tuesday, Krugersdorp News reported.
It is believed the driver of the Hyundai tried to overtake a truck and collided head-on with the Toyota that was travelling in the opposite direction.
Local authorities were on scene to investigate, but the exact cause of the collision is still under investigation.
The two occupants of the Hyundai died upon impact, and the driver of the Toyota was in a critical condition.
Help24 paramedics assisted the patient. He had multiple leg and chest fractures. ER24 transported the patient to hospital for urgent medical attention.
