Unisa students affected by taxi strike may apply for a deferred examination

Students in Gauteng had difficulty reaching their examination venues on Thursday morning.

The University of South Africa (Unisa) is aware of and acknowledges that students in Gauteng may be unable to reach their examination venues on Thursday as a result of the taxi strike, reports The Citizen.

Unisa spokesperson Martin Ramotshela said students who are unable to write their examinations because of the strike may apply for a deferred examination by submitting the application form for aegrotat and/or special examinations to exams@unisa.ac.za
