WIN! Arno Carstens and Ard Matthews at Sugar Rush this weekend

The two legendary South African rock voices will bring their on-stage antics and award-winning music once again, and will be joined by local musician Miles Jacoby.

Ballito, get set to welcome Arno Carstens and Ard Matthews back to the neighbourhood!

Two of South Africa’s legendary rock voices will join forces at the Marriott Ballito Beats concert on Sunday.

Expect another unique set of musical favourites, on-stage antics and family entertainment, as you sit back and enjoy on the beautiful open lawns of Sugar Rush Park.

Ard and Arno are known worldwide for their unique voices and roguishly fun stage presence.

Ard Matthews was originally the front man for Just Jinjer, and Arno Carstens the lead singer for The Springbok Nude Girls – both of which dominated the SA music scene during the 90s.

Both are now enjoying successful solo careers.

The powerful duo will be supported by Durban artist Miles Jacoby, who recently launched his new album, 8-Track.

Arno Carstens has released six albums as a solo artist and performed at some of the most legendary and exclusive music festivals around the world.

In 2012, Ard Matthews released his debut solo album to critical acclaim, and continues to perform as both a solo act as well as front man for Just Jinjer, with many well-known and talented musicians joining him on stage.

The powerful duo will be supported by Durban artist Miles Jacoby, who recently launched his new album, 8-Track.

Tickets are limited to only 2 000 and are available via webtickets.co.za. Early bird tickets cost R130, general access costs R150, kids between 8-12 years of age cost R80 and Kids U8 are R20.

Gates open at 1pm and ticket holders are welcome to bring camping chairs and picnic blankets to make the most of the beautiful setting at Sugar Rush Park.

Food and beverages can be bought on site, alternatively, picnic baskets are allowed, but no beverages will be allowed onto site.
