Ready, set, go… to the Christmas Country Fair
The Christmas Fair Fund stall promises to be a highlight.
Old favourites and exciting new stalls are preparing to impress shoppers at the much anticipated annual ‘Fair with Flair’ on October 30 and 31 at Collisheen Estate.
Christmas Fair Fund members, Michelle Blake and Sue Rowland, said they were thrilled to welcome many new vendors to the line up of 125 stalls.
“The new stalls have been carefully selected to add a wider variety to the products on offer at the Fair,” said Michelle.
Sleepwear from Luna Blue, Wanderlust Deco & Accessories, Willow and Ruby’s selection of hand painted fabrics and room fragrances, Le Sea Swimwear, Blueberry Blush Shoes and Ellabelle Jewellery are a few of the exciting new creatives this year.
Old favourites like Macaroon Stationary, Coastal Style clothing and décor, Rosehip’s fabulous raincoats, umbrellas and a new range of jarmies, Wendy Bashford Designs, Lauren Ginn Jewellery and Angel Soft shoes will be participating again.

The creative team has been hard at work, handcrafting trendy black, white and natural Christmas wreaths, crackers, decorations and advent calendars. The focus is on sustainability, recycling and re-using. The members’ much sought after Christmas cakes and puddings will feature as well.
Interesting food stalls will provide sustenance while shopping, and visitors can look forward to a beautiful Delish Sisters harvest table for lunch, a Juice and Gin Bar, Champagne Popsicles, Designer Coffee, Vanilla Bean Gingerbread Houses and bespoke cupcakes from Slice Bakery.
Payments this year will be by credit / debit card, Zapper or SnapScan. Cash will only be accepted by food vendors. This decision was made to limit the cash changing hands at the Fair for security reasons. Trading hours are 9am to 5pm.
Tickets at R60 are available online on www.Quicket.co.za, or at the entrance. Children under 12 are free. The price includes a cup of tea or coffee and a treat.
