One dead and two wounded in N2 shooting

A 48-year-old man was shot and killed and two others were wounded in a shooting on the N2 highway Monday afternoon.

“Reports from witnesses indicate the three were shot after stopping to pick up hitchhikers. One person was declared deceased at the scene and two patients sustained multiple gunshot wounds and were rushed to hospital,” said Meyrick.
