Slippers galore for dreamers

Crawford North Coast and Trinityhouse Palm Lakes took part in the Reach for a Dream Slipper Day on August 1.

All the children had much fun shuffling around at school in their slippers, excitedly comparing colours and recognising favorite fantasy or comic characters on each other’s feet.

The Reach for a Dream Organisation raises money each year to fund once in a life time experiences for seriously ill children.

The children are able to forget and transcend their sadness and pain, as they anticipate the realisation of a dream experience.

Trinityhouse pupils also donated shoes into the school donation box, which which will go the poor.
