Ballito biker killed in Zimbali accident
A motorbike collided with a bakkie on the M4.
A forty–nine-year-old Ballito biker died after he collided with a bakkie on the M4 outside the Zimbali contractor’s entrance early this morning.
The motorbike collided into the side of the vehicle.
Netcare 911 paramedics found the man lying on the road with life threatening injuries.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Chris Botha said their advanced life support paramedic and his crew worked hard to stabilise the critically wounded man.
“He was placed on a ventilator and immobilised on a trauma board and then transported to a local hospital, ” said Botha.
Tragically the man died soon after his arrival at the hospital due to the extensive injuries that he sustained.
