Sasol hands over donation to Ballito Rotary

Sasol Salt Rock recently hosted a Winter Warmth Fun Run where runners were encouraged to donate a new blanket as their entry fee for the 5 km race.

The blankets collected on the day were handed over to Ballito Rotary Club on Monday September 8, who have decided to donate the blankets to the Vision 153 organisation.

“Vision 153 assist in feeding and clothing widows and orphans. They physically go into the township and distribute goods straight to those who need it most,” said fundraising chair lady of Ballito Rotary Gail Stefano.

Henry Simpson of Sasol Salt Rock said they were grateful to Ballito Rotary for ensuring the blankets went to a worthy cause.
