Care clown training!
"Clowning is a trick to get love close" - Patch Adams
If you would like to visit the sick and put smiles on faces, then become a Care Clown.
This Saturday Seef Ballito is providing a unique opportunity for you to be trained, free of charge.
This is a programme for all ages. The UPliftment programme Care Clowns range from school-going age right through to pensioners, their eldest Care Clown is 84. All Care Clowns are given comprehensive training and thereafter they donate their time to visit hospitals and homes at least once a month or week and share joy with the children and staff there.
“In training we cover tools to help you access your loving kindness, play in creative flow, release fear and enjoy your inner child’s caring nature,” said The Up founder Nicole Jackman.
So share the healing power of joy and join them from 7:30am until 5pm. Wear comfortable clothing.
RSVP with Amber-Jay on 032-5860170.
