From infancy to their teenage years, as parents we try our best to give our children the most balanced diets possible. But often we question whether we are actually getting it right. Specialist Paediatric Dietition Claire McHugh spent eight years in the UK specialising in paediatric and neonatal nutrition and is now based in Ballito where she lives with her husband and two small children. Claire will be offering some much needed insight about what, where and when we should be feeding our children.
