Strong wind claims first casualties in Ballito

Strong wind causes havoc.

Strong winds have already begun to cause havoc around Ballito.

Sharon Fletcher sent us a picture of a tree that has fallen over in Ballito Gardens this afternoon and Eljay sent us a picture on BBM of a Ballito billboard  ripped to shreds.

The SA Weather Service has issued a warning of severe winds reaching speeds of up to 70km/h today and swells of four to five meters posing a risk to bathers and surfers.
